The PeopleNet Workforce Motivation module allows us to create as many questionnaires as we need, building questions and scales we want to apply in each case. Additionally, not only these can then be reused, but a bank of questions can be created, or these can be linked to competencies or to behaviours, etc.
All this with the purpose of extend the reach of the management processes that the application supports, for instance, to evaluations, labour risks, etc.
